NDK (Nigel Dennis Kayaks) Models: Poseidon, Greenlander Pro, Romany

	POSEIDON
	*Used-On-Our-Tours*

		POSEIDON is the new compact kayak design. It has similar paddling characteristics of the Romany, but it can accommodate much larger paddlers. It is slightly longer and wider then the Romany and it has more volume in the cockpit area as well as wider cockpit. Since it has slightly harder chines it has higher initial stability than The Romany and at the same time has great rough weather performance. Finally, a performance oriented compact boat for larger paddles. The outfitting is the same as other NDK kayaks. Dimensions: 16’2” x 21.75”

GREENLANDER PRO

		Designed in response to demand for a fast racing sea kayak , the Greenlander Pro is a slightly longer cousin of the Greenlander with a higher deck and a large keyhole cockpit. The boat has a traditional hard chined design. Dimensions: 17'10" x 21".

ROMANY 16

		The Romany 16 is a short, light and responsive kayak, which is very stable both empty and loaded. Its greatest attribute is excellent handling in following seas. In spite of its relatively short length it tracks well. Its high volume bow stops the kayak from plunging into waves and together with its maneuverability allows for good control in surf. Although it was originally designed as a weekend boat, it has proved its worth as an expedition kayak for medium length trips. Optional Compac deck pump or bulkhead mounted foot pump is available. 		This is the new compact, polyethylene kayak designed by Frank Goodman. Its hull cross section is based on the Pintail for liveliness, but with a bit less rocker, longer keel line, shorter upsweep at the stern and deeper bow with the VCP characteristic flare for a drier ride. It features welded polyethylene bulkheads warranteed for the life of the kayak. This boat is designed for the average sized kayaker and for shorter trips. Dimensions: 16' x 22"

New for the year 2000, this boat features a performance design with expertly balanced stability, hull speed, and maneuverability.
Sleek deck and hull design compliments the high performance of the Synergy line. The Synergy's are for an intermediate to advanced paddler looking for performance and style. The adventure can be a day, weekend or extended tour. With three volume cuts there is a size for you. Cadence is the largest of the NW single kayaks. They are well proportioned, versatile and stable, which result from the boat's secondary stability. The Cadence and Cadence LP are a staple of outfitters who paddle in Alaska and Baja with their ease of entrance, roomy cockpit and generous legroom. The Cadence is perfectly suited for the larger paddler and the Cadence LP (low profile) is designed to accommodate the average and smaller paddlers without compromising boat performance.
